Rashmi Bhargava

Rashmi has always cherished nurturing a family rooted in love, care, and strong values. When her children left for college, she turned to entrepreneurship, first running a designer Indian clothing boutique and later founding Waverley Kitchens, a family business providing recipes and spice blends for simple, healthy Indian cooking. As CEO, she guided product development, sales, and marketing. For community life, she teaches twice a week to boys and girls at the National Association of the Blind for the Home of Hope MEET program, empowering visually impaired students in Delhi and Odisha. A graduate of Lucknow University and a Fellow of Stanford’s Distinguished Careers Institute (DCI), Rashmi finds joy in stitching, crafts, gardening, travel, book clubs, and cooking classes. She is closely connected to the Bay Area Bhargava and local Indian community and is known for her creative recipes, like her Gulab Jamun cake. She treasures time with her grandchildren, family, and friends.
