The project is located in Faridabad, Haryana, India, under the aegis of the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple Society, popularly known as Sai Dham. It was established in 2004 to provide underprivileged children with access to quality education, completely free of cost. The school offers not only academic learning but also food, uniforms, books, and stationery to all students.

HOH partnered with Saidham in 2010 after Ms. Rita Sharma introduced the school’s humanitarian work to Dr. Nilima Sabharwal. Following her visit, HOH established the first computer lab in collaboration with NIIT Foundation, marking the beginning of a long-standing partnership.
