As Project Coordinator, she closely monitors each child’s progress to ensure they receive academic support, balanced nutrition, mental-health resources, and vocational guidance. Neelam plays a key role in HOH’s fundraising and stewardship efforts and brings compassion, diligence, and a strong belief in family-based care to the organization.
